PT Hello New Horizon was founded by Rin Setyo, an Indonesian with extensive experience in Bali’s hospitality, business operations and property management, and Tom Low, a British graduate in Sustainable Tourism Development who has lived in Indonesia for more than 20 years. Together, they help individuals, entrepreneurs, investors and businesses navigate new opportunities in Bali and across Indonesia with clarity, confidence and practical support.

 

Drawing on over 40 years of combined experience across hospitality, business operations, education, communication, property management and international business – together with deep local knowledge and established networks throughout Indonesia – we provide practical solutions that simplify complexity and support sustainable growth.

 

Rin brings extensive leadership experience from luxury hotels, resorts, wellness businesses and international organisations. With expertise in business administration, compliance coordination, relocation support, project coordination, hospitality operations, property management and OTA optimisation, she helps clients navigate the practical realities of living, working, investing and operating in Indonesia.

 

Tom brings more than 20 years’ experience as a writer, educator and trainer, supporting clear communication, structured thinking, content development and the use of digital tools to help move ideas and projects forward.
